Kendrick Perkins Charged With Assault After Punching A Women in The Face [DETAILS INSIDE] / Laid Women and Her Brother Out in the Club Parking Lot [DETAILS INSIDE]

Kendrick Perkins of the OKC Thunders had a run-in with the law. He was arrested Thursday and charged with assault from an incident that occurred outside of the Houston club "Nox" along with his brother-in-law Quincy Alpough. To make matters worse he assaulted a female, and here's how it all went down.

Miketta Cotton and her brother Ja'Keenan Cotton, who are both named as the victims, were involved in a fender-bender accident with Perkins and Alpough. Miketta Cotton says she attempted to speak with the driver after the incident, but was interrupted by a female passenger who began screaming at Miketta and preparing herself for a "physical altercation".

Before things escalated any further between the two females, Quincy Alpough (the brother-in-law) jumped in between the two women and pushed Miketta Cotton. Ja'Keenan Cotton then jumped out of his car only to defend his sister Miketta, but was quickly punched in the head by Perkins and knocked to the ground.

Perkins then attacked Miketta, punching her in the face and knocking her unconscious after elbowing her in the throat. Catherine McGrue, a third passenger, told the police that they were kicked repeatedly all while being laid out on the ground.

Initially the case was dismissed, but the victims re-filed the complaint and Perkins along with his brother-in-law Quincy Alpough were arrested and later released after posting a $1000 bond.

Neither Perkins nor Alpough gave a statement as to what occurred that night, but witnesses have all confirmed the story told by the three victims. Of course Perkin's didn't release a statement, but the Thunders released one through general manager Sam Presti saying,

"We were made aware of the allegations and take this matter seriously; we are in the process of gathering more information and have no further comment at this time."

Talk about drama and straight ratchetness, but that's the combo you get when you mix booze, fender-benders, and those who think they're above the law. Stay tuned for more news and updates.
