After some trouble with the law, concerning DUI arrests, Selena Gomez has been advised by many to break up with Justin Bieber for good. However, reports claim that she is reluctant, as the two remain in an open relationship.

Bieber reportedly asked Gomez if they could be in an "open relationship" because he was having trouble deciding where his heart currently lies. According to a source from Hollywood Life, when it comes down to choosing Gomez or Chantel Jeffries, "Justin doesn't think he should be a one-woman kinda man."

"He wants to have his cake and eat it too...He wants an open relationship with Selena, and he actually thinks he can make it happen. A lot of the guys he hangs out with now get away with that kind of thing, they talk about it all the time and that's got in Justin's head," the source added.

Despite how degrading it sounds, Gomez is said to have agreed to Bieber's proposition. On that note, rumors circulating Gomez' alleged pregnancy would provide reason for Bieber to remain by her side. The rumors, however, turned out to be false, she is not pregnant.

"Another false story reported by the tabloid suggests that Selena Gomez, who was pregnant at the age of 18, really wanted to keep the baby and is greatly convinced that it was meant to keep her and Bieber together forever. Bieber, on the other hand, reportedly didn't feel the same way. Her boyfriend's team felt that her conception with their child would ruin his career and would destroy his reputation as a heartthrob," according to Travelers Today.

The couple has been in an on-and-off relationship since they started dating in 2010, time will tell how well the open relationship turns out.
