Joel and Victoria Osteen, famous pastors of Lakewood Church in Houston, launched a new radio channel on SiriusXM and their famous friend Donald Trump called in and expressed his love and respect for the couple.

"Joel Osteen Radio" was officially launched Monday at SiriusXM's New York City headquarters and Osteen was in attendance to take questions from a small audience, preview the faith-based content that will appear on the 24/7 channel, and also take calls from some of his famous friends.

"It's my honor and it's great to have you in New York and I tell you your going to bring a big blessing to this city," Trump told Joel and Victoria, "We can use more of you folks, I can tell you that."

Osteen then returned the compliments and told his listeners that there was not a more "giving, gracious person" then his friend Trump.

Trump sounded far removed from his usual public demeanor, and continued to esteem the couple. He even joked with Osteen by saying all of the positive compliments he was receiving was going to ruin his popular mean guy reputation. The star of 'The Apprentice' even said he longs to visit Osteen's church.

"I watch you all the time and when I'm in Houston, I'm going to get over there [church] sometime because friends of mine have said that it is just incredible," Trump assured.

The rich investor went on to talk about his own personal belief and religion. "A lot of people don't know, but I'm Presbyterian. I'm a protestant and a lot of people don't think that," he revealed.

Trump ended the affectionate phone call by reiterating how highly he thought of the couple. "You are really really special people, and I mean that! When you're in New York, I'm here all the time for you," he concluded.

Joel and Victoria Osteen will share a daily inspirational message on their new show and it will reportedly be "rooted in the power of positive thinking and a grateful heart," according to SiriusXM's website.
