JJ Weeks Band is expected to have its debut album, "As Long As We Can Breathe," for Centricity Music in the second quarter of 2016.

According to a press release, the musical project was produced by Jonathan Smith and carries six new tracks co-written by "Let Them See You" artist front man Weeks. In addition, the "As Long As We Can Breathe" song album also features four tunes written by iconic musical composers in the music realm.

Among the penned tunes is the first single "Alive In Me." It is co-written by Jeremiah Carlson, Mia Fieldes, and Seth Mosley. Despite new melody, the lyrics stick to the faith to the band's ministry, along with praising God and touching the audiences' hearts and lives.

In a statement, Weeks said that making a difference in people's lives was why they really did the new album, adding that they could sing for two hours and it would not change anything, but God could move in a moment and change everything because his was big.

For Weeks, the central message of their album was all about coming to Jesus, because He loved the people more than they could ever understand.

According to The Christian Beat, other songs in the "As Long As We Can Breathe" album include "In The Name Of," "Jealous," "Higher," "Alive In Me," "Rooftops feat. Tedashii," "Count Them All," "Ahead Of Me," "Rest Now," "You Called My Name," and "Love Showed Up."

JJ Weeks Band has been together for 12 years and the group has released five separate albums. The group has also contributed their music in the field of entertainment, specifically motion pictures.

"As Long As We Can Breathe" is set to debut on Apr. 8.
