Jamie Grace

Christian singer Jamie-Grace hit a nice personal milestone for her album Ready to Fly as both "Do Life Big" and "Beautiful Day" reached NO. 1 on the radio charts.

She excitedly wrote on Facebook, "So this happened...Do Life Big and Beautiful Day - both radio #1s. DLB at Billboard CHR and BD at Billboard Gospel (for 20 weeks?!?!?!?! what?!?!?!?!) and Billboard CHR."

"I don't like to be all 'look at me, look at me' but when i tell y'all the pain and the fear and the tears and the insecurities that were all over the writing process of record #2 and God does something like THIS?! i can't help but smile," Grace said. "Thanks every station who played it, every person who listened, and Capitol and Gotee for makin yesterday pretty fun."

Grace recently chatted with BREATHEcast at the red carpet of the K-LOVE Fan Awards 2015 where she briefly spoke about a new record, tour, and performances with her sister.

Grace, as one of the youngest nominees of the night, was just excited to be there and among names such as Francesca Battistelli, Kari Jobe, Natalie Grant, and others.

"It's exciting, I feel like Female Artist of the year is where all the cool kids go, but ok, I'll take the nomination, I'm honored, I'm excited and just appreciative," she said.

Grace, who is also an author and a podcaster, is always busy, and revealed she is currently working on a new album.

"I just started recording my third record," said the singer. "All I have to say is that it's definitely going to have that Jamie Grace pop flare but there's going to be a couple of surprises. I'm gonna dig deeper into my roots musically."
