iPhone 5S Release Date Rumors: September 10 Apple Unveils New iPhone and "Budget" iPhone 5C / iOS 7 Features New Icons, Twitter and Mail Upgrades?

Will Apple release a new iPhone 5S or new iPhone 6 in Q3 2013? That is the question!

Though we don't know if Apple will change its normal naming convention, AllThingsD reported late yesterday that Apple will launch its next installment of the flagship device September 10. We've heard a lot of so-called Apple insiders predict a date, but AllThingsD claims the "sources" are reliable:

"One of the key questions is whether Apple adopts a new tactic to address the mid-range of the smartphone market. Historically, Apple has gone after those customers by offering its year-old and two-year-old models for $100 and $200 less than a new iPhone. However, there has been a great deal of talk that the company will debut a new lower-cost iPhone alongside whatever update it has in store for the current iPhone 5."

As for what the iPhone 5C could look and feel like, some new reports have surfaced as well. Photo showing off a new, but cheaper, looking plastic case recently popped up online. If they are indeed photos of the new "budget" iPhone, then the design will resemble the iPhone 5S with what looks like a speaker on top and on bottom.

When iOS 7 beta was released to developers recently, many were skeptical about the new features. Though the changes are small, the new minimalist look and functionality of iOS 7 could lure some Android fans to Apple.

5 new features rumored to be part of iOS 7 are:

- option of turning Control Center on and off
- new icons for Twitter and incoming calls

There will also be some changes made to the Mail app. Deleting multiple emails will now be altered to several buttons to help users from accidentally deleting emails.
