'Ink Master' Season 7 Air Date, Cast: Contestants Discuss On How Series Strikes Tattoo Arts, Culture

In line with the returning contestants and new cast, "Ink Master's" season 7 artists have voiced their thoughts on the impact of tattooing on today's society.

On Feb. 1, Spike has released a video featuring the artists of "Ink Master" season 7. They were the ones who managed to get into the series, showing the best potential.

According to Alex Rockoff, he thought that "Ink Master" was huge, adding that it had affected the tattoo community a lot. Rockoff also mentioned that a lot of tattoo artists watched the show now. As per the artist, there was a lot of clientele and fans that watched, but there was definitely a lot more artists that were interested in doing it and competing in it. For Rockoff, it was "blowing up."

Matti Hixson also shared his thoughts on the repercussions of art tattooing to the community. In the video, he said that the competition being popular now was a great thing for the industry because it was teaching people how not to get bad tattoos.

As per Megan Jean Morris, "Ink Master" did bring some education to the general population about tattooing. She added that as an artist, they got more clients who were interested in collecting art work and it was a general thing.

According to Enstarz, "Ink Master" season 7 is not only prodigious for people who have love for the tattoo art, but it also touched people who love art in general.
