The group I am They has released the music video of their cover for "No Longer Slaves," originally by Bethel Music.

This is a precursor to their three recordings that they will be released this summer leading to the digital edition of its "2015 Essential Records" album. These songs are: "No Longer Slaves," "Resting Place (To The Cross)" and "Lord, I Need You (Matt Maher cover)."

But I Am They is trying to build on the momentum as the members are hard at work for their new album set to release next year. Abbie Parker will already be part of the ensemble after having signed with the label and joining the group.

However, Parker is not really new to the band as she has been joining their gigs and performing songs for nine months prior to being formally embraced by I Am They.

"It's honestly a dream come true to be a part of a music ministry like this," she said. "When I met this band I was working a 9 to 5 desk job and music was just a hobby, so this season of touring has been a whirlwind and a total change for me."

Matt Hein, the vocalist for the band, said that they couldn't be happier about adding Parker to the band.

"She is an extremely gifted singer and instrumentalist, who not only adds to our group musically but serves and loves the Lord and others from a sweet and genuine heart," he added.
