Hawk Nelson just released their new lyric video for "Sold Out" and premiered it today exclusively on NewReleaseTuesday.com (view here.)

According to a press release, the video was created by frontman, Jon Steingard, who said, "'Sold Out' is one of my favorite songs on the record because it speaks so boldly and unequivocally about our desire to run after God, regardless of culture or circumstance." 

The singer has also masterminded the videos for "Thank God For Something" and "Live Like You're Loved," which featured fans of the band and reached over 100k views within its debut week.

They are currently celebrating the widespread success of their single, "Drops In The Ocean," which recently hit No.1 on the Billboard Christian AC Indicator chart - the band's first time atop any Christian adult contempory chart. In addition, the song spent four weeks at No.1 on the Billboard Christian Hot AC/CHR chart, and is currently No.3 on the Billboard National Christian Audience chart and No.7 on the Billboard Christian AC Monitored chart.

Hawk Nelson released their seventh studio album, Diamonds (Fair Trade Services) on March 17 and the response has been gratifying. CCM Magazine posts, "Hedge your bets on Diamonds to be among the year's bigger successes." Christian Review Magazine praises the album saying, "Diamonds is by far and away - at least in this reviewers opinion- the best release Hawk Nelson has ever put out, with every song having the potential to become a hit!"
