'Halo Wars 2' News: Open Beta Stats Finally Released

After lots and lots of hours of game testing, Microsoft has finally released statistics from the open beta of the much awaited "Halo Wars 2" video game. The game's first open beta was active between June 13-22.

According to Microsoft, the "Halo Wars 2" beta was played for a total of 1.2 million hours. Another astonishing feat in the stats is the amount of the in-game medical and repair bill which was garnered by the gamers. The bill totaled to an amount of $831 trillion. The total units vanquished were 80,468,490. The weight of total units cleared was 204,503,200 tonnes.

Also, according to Gamespot, a second round of open beta will be running just a couple of days before the actual "Halo Wars 2" release date. The beta is reported to be available on both the Xbox One and PC.

Also according to the site, during the RTX panel, Microsoft talked about the map making tools of Halo 5. It was stated that there were a total of 330,000 maps created. Also, a file browser will be coming real soon to Halo 5's forge once these free tools became available to the public.

"Halo Wars 2" is an up and coming real time strategic video game developed by 343 Industries and Creative Assembly. The game is published by Microsoft Studios and will be available exclusively for Windows PC and Xbox One.

"Halo Wars 2" can be played on single-player mode or multiplayer mode. The game is set to be released on February 21, 2017.
