'GTA 5 Online' Heists Release Date News: DLC Update Rumored to Arrive November 2014 (VIDEO)

Rockstar Games is rumored to finally launch the much anticipated Online Heists DLC that would be coming to GTA Online and GTA 5 later this Fall.

When the heist missions become available, gamers look to reenact the memorable scenes that Michael De Santa, Franklin Clinton and the completely insane anti-hero Trevor Phillips experienced during the single player missions in the GTA 5 game.

As of right now, the fans of the popular and controversial videogame franchise are also waiting for the High Roller DLC to be released by Rockstar Games reportedly on Tuesday, July 29.

In the forthcoming downloadable content, gamers are expected to be able bet on horse racing, and to play brand new casino games in the source code of the game. Youtube's DomisLive insider named St3v3Hacker says this hints at the future arrival of online bank heist missions, as potentially coming out in a few months.

In other GTA news, the next installment of Grand Theft Auto (GTA 6) is rumored to return to Vice City, the fictional city modeled after Miami, Florida in the GTA universe.

If the rumor is accurate, then it would be first time gamers can play in Vice City since the debut of the extremely popular Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for many systems including the PS2 and Xbox in October 2002.

The setting of the game takes place in 1986, where Liberty City criminal Tommy Vercetti (voiced by Ray Liotta) arrives to the pseudo Florida city in a storyline inspired by the iconic 1983 movie Scarface (which starred Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer).

As a result, Rockstar Games released a prequel titled Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (set two years before the events of original Vice City game) in 2006 for the PlayStation Portable before re-releasing it for the PS2 (2007) and the PS3 (2013) in the US.

Rockstar Games released the popular game GTA 5 on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in US stores on September 17, 2013; while GTA Online was released on October 1, 2013.

The newest port of GTA 5 will arrive in stores for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One in Fall 2014.
