Grey's Anatomy Season 10 SPOILERS!

Though we're only a few episodes in to Season 10, show creator Shonda Rhimes says their team of writers is already drawing up plot details for the midseason finale.

Season 10 cast member, Camilla Luddington [Jo Wilson] already confirmed, via Twitter, that they were currently filming Episode 9. Episode 12 marks the middle of Season 10. As we approach production for the midseason finale, I'm sure a few more spoilers will leak online.

For now, the plot could go just about anywhere. In true Grey's Anatomy fashion I'm sure the finale will leave us with some soapy cliffhanger. But what could it be?

Could Alex's dad play a bigger part? What about Meredith and Cristina's rocky relationship? Arizona and Callie maybe?

As for tonight's episode 5 "I Bet It Stung" here's the official synopsis:

Meredith jumps back into work but finds it hard to excel at both motherhood and being a surgeon. Stephanie tries to make a good impression on Jackson's mom, and Jo finds herself overly involved with her new patient. Meanwhile, Callie and Owen deal with an emotional situation regarding a patient.
