'Grey's Anatomy' has recently returned to the air for Season 11, and fans are looking to find what's in store for the crew at the hospital now that Cristina is long gone. In a press release posted by ABC, fans got the chance to learn what they can look out for when the episode airs. "Puzzle With A Missing Piece" will focus on Maggie as she tries to recover from a series of unfortunate events at the hospital.

Fans will notice that Maggie will try make a good impression with the others at the hospital. However, things will not go according to plan for her as the exact opposite begins to happen.

On a side note, part of the episode will revolve around Richard who is reluctant to spill the beans on the secret he's been keeping for quite some time.

Also, fans will note that the air is tense as doctors rush to save the life of a woman who is only being kept alive by her daughter.

This specific episode has been written by William Harper and directed by Rob Corn, so fans should expect some dramatic developments in 'Grey's Anatomy' Episode 2.

Beyond that, a spoiler video has also been released to supplement ABC's episode description. In it, fans will note that Maggie gets into a pretty series argument with Stephanie Edwards about the aforementioned dying woman.
