Along with the appearance of Kratos' wife in From Creative's "God of War 4," it is also revealed that the game is also set to see his son.

"God of War 4" is set to include Kratos' son, since the game is set to showcase his self-redemption, according to Ecumenical News. While the name of his son is yet to be revealed, Sony Interative Entertainmeent creative director Cory Balrog said at the Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 that the reason why Kratos mentors his son is to make up for his evil deeds in the past.

It is further revealed that Kratos' son is also knowledgeable that his father is a demigod; however, he does not know the level of brutality his father had in the past. According to reports, Kratos and his son are also set to explore some of the Nine realms in the Norse mythologgy. With this change in the storyline, it is assumed that fans are set to think once more on who the real game villain is at this point.

In other news, it is revealed that Kratos' wife is also set to be part of "God of War 4." in his interview with the YouTube channel "The Know," Balrog mentioned that Kratos' wife is set to have pivotal role in the gameplay; however, exact details on how she would impact in the game are yet to be revealed.
