Reality series 'Fix My Choir,' hosted by gospel singer Dietrick Haddon and Grammy Award-winning artist Michelle Williams, premieres tonight Nov. 5, on Oxygen at 10 pm.

In the docu-drama, Haddon and Williams are filmed mentoring struggling choirs over the course of five days as the choir prepares for a concert. The two professionals thought they would just be helping people come into musical harmony with one another, but they have found that the show is much deeper than that.

"The thing about 'Fix My Choir' is, when I got the show, I thought I'd just be helping somebody with performance tips, hair-and-makeup ideas and wardrobe," Williams said during an interview with Summer TV Tour in Hollywood, "But we're literally like Dr. Phils for choirs. We're coaches, mentoring. It goes beyond their performance in the music."

"I was in my element as a pastor," added 'Preachers of L.A.' star Haddon, "I'm always seeking opportunities to help people and encourage people and motivate them to be the best, so I was in the zone dealing with that. The show gave me the opportunity to be the pastor that I am and operate in my calling."

The Choirs that will be featured during the premiere season of 'Fix My Choir' include Joshua Kagler & Harmonistic Praise Crusade, New Orleans, La.; Victor Bell and Halel, Los Angeles, Calif.; Hermosa Beach Gospel Choir, Hermosa Beach, Calif.; LA Inner City Mass Choir, Los Angeles, Calif.; JaRonn & Flow, San Francisco, Calif.; Sirens of Gotham, Manhattan, N.Y.; Mama Pat's Inner Light Gospel Choir, Santa Barbara, Calif. and Tyanta Snow & Xtreme Purpose, Pasadena, Calif.
