'Fast and Furious 8' Movie Spoilers: Vin Diesel Reveals Logo, Film Location; Will Jason Statham Return?

Earlier he hinted the existence of 'Fast and Furious 8' and then revealed its release date - April 14, 2017. And now, the actor shared a photo of a poster of the upcoming movie on his Instagram account.

According to Christian Today, while the photo looks like a prototype, it is sufficient to allow fans get the first look into the upcoming film. The photo posted by Diesel shows a huge logo for 'Fast and Furious 8' hanging over the Brooklyn Bridge.

Fans are now convinced that soon 'Fast and Furious 8' will be moving rapidly through the streets of New York, which Diesel had already talked about some weeks ago. Moreover, at the height of the 'Fast and Furious 7' box office success, the Diesel had announced that the character of Kurt Russell will get a boost in a follow-up movie.

In fact, Mr. Nobody could not be made the focal point of the blockbuster action thriller owing to its vast storyline. Diesel has already said that the storyline will be fleshed out in a completely different film, which was being planned. Actually, the focus of 'Furious 7' was on Deckard Shaw's (Jason Statham) vendetta.

In an interview in 'Jimmy Kimmel Live,' Diesel revealed, "Kurt Russell came in for this movie but we really hired him for a story that follows this, that takes place in New York."

In 'Fast and Furious 7,' Russell's character assisted Dominic in capturing Deckard. According to reports, the Toretto gang will be coping with the shadows of dirty politics as they explore the storyline for which Russell was introduced.

In the meantime, Jason Statham is likely to return to play a baddie again. Statham recently told MTV that Shaw's exploits are still not over and to ensure he wins this time, he will seek help from another family member - his sister, who could be portrayed by Melissa McCarthy.

Meanwhile, Diesel does not forget to remember his late friend and co-star Paul Walker, who he disclosed has always believed that 'Fast & Furious 8' was "guaranteed." Speaking at during the MTV Awards 2015 he said that "Furious 7 was for Paul, 8 is from Paul."
