'Fast and Furious 8' Release Date, Cast, Cars: Paul Walker's Brother, Brian O'Conner, Cara Delevingne Join Thriller Film?

In addition to new cars, reports have revealed that Michelle Rodriguez is thrilled to work along with "Suicide Squad's" Cara Delevingne in F. Gary Gray's upcoming action thriller film "Fast and Furious 8," also known as "Fast 8."

According to Parent Herald, Delevingne, Rodriguez's ex-girlfriend, is set to join the growing cast ensemble of Gray's "Fast 8." While some fans think that the "Suicide Squad"-actress' inclusion in the eighth car racing film installment might cause a clash between her and Rodriguez, some reports revealed that there is no issue about it.

Rodriguez, who plays the role of Letty Ortiz in the "Fast and Furious" film franchise, does not hold any grudge towards Delevingne, according to Enstarz. The website writes that Rodriguez has reportedly welcomed the suggestion of having her "former flame" as part of the film's cast.

Reports say that "Fast 8" is currently filming in Iceland and new stunt cars are reportedly going to be used in the film.

As per The Bitbag, seven Imprezas, which were donated by Japanese automobile company Subaru for the filming of James Wan's "Furious 7," are also set to be used in "Fast 8."

In addition to the Subarus, Rally Fighters and Lamborghini Murcielagos are also rumored to be used in the film, Deadline writes.

Aside from Rodriguez and Delevingne, "Fast 8" also stars Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Lucas Black, Eva Mendes, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, and Vin Diesel. "Snow White and the Huntsman" star Charlize Theron is rumored to play the film's villain, in addition to Statham's Deckard Shaw. Late actor Paul Walker's brother, Cody Walker, is also rumored to be part of the sequel.

Gray's "Fast 8" is set to hit theaters on Apr. 14, 2017 while David Ayer's "Suicide Squad" premieres on Aug. 5, 2016.
