In the latest Duck Dynasty news, Phil, Ms. Kay, and Uncle Si Robertson recently teamed up with Sarah and Todd Palin in order to show their support for the wounded veterans and their respective significant others at the 'Operation: Heal Our Patriots' event hosted by Franklin Graham's Samaritan's Purse.

"Any time soldiers come home, especially those that are wounded, they're close to my heart," said Vietnam Veteran Si at the event in Port Alsworth, Alaska, according to Samaritan's Purse website report, "They're brothers in arms."

At the event, wounded veterans and their spouses took part in sessions that were centered on the teachings depicted in the Bible in order to fortify their marriages.

"We want to put God first in our lives," said retired Army Specialist Michael Reynolds about him and his wife's baptism in Lake Clark, recently, "We're going to go under and come back up living our lives to Him. We're looking forward to what He has in store for us."

Phil Robertson's longtime wife Miss Kay expressed her thoughts on the event that glorified Jesus Christ while helping the wounded veterans and their loved ones.

"It was just wonderful. What a beautiful place to meet somebody that's done so much for us," said Miss Kay said of the event - "Of all the things I've done, I think this is going down as my favorite."

The Robertson family Patriarch also revealed who he wants to succeed President Barack Obama as the next Commander-in-Chief of United States at the upcoming 2016 election.

"I'm thinking, you know what, I think if we loved God and loved each other, I think our culture would put spiritual men in high places to make political decisions," said Phil Robertson to Sarah Palin, "We need moose-cooking women in the White House."

As a result, Palin expressed her thoughts on Robertson's compliment and viewpoint regarding her potential running for office in a few years.

"There you go," said Palin.
