Duck Dynasty's Willie Robertson Reveals His Involvement With 'Left Behind' Movie Remake (TRAILER)

In latest 'Duck Dynasty' Season 6 news, Willie Robertson revealed in a recent interview information about his strong involvement with the upcoming 'Left Behind movie, which stars Nicholas Cage.

"Oh, man, I'm excited about this. October 3, the movie 'Left Behind' is coming out and the book series is so popular, and Nicolas Cage is starring in it and I'm one of the executive producers, my friend, and another executive producer Bill Busbice [Jr.] called got me excited about it and I'm ready," said Robertson to Fox News.

"It's kinda cool being on that side of it [production] and as we do more with movies, you know God's Not Dead is so successful and we're actually in that movie Kory and I. ... "

The Duck Commander CEO further expressed his excitement of being a part of family and faith-based forms of entertainment.

"We just want to continue with Television and also movies is to have something positive and especially spiritual like this," said Robertson, "This movie will make ya think."

According to another report, the son of Phil and Miss Kay Robertson also talked about the Rapture and whether or not he believes in the Biblical event.

"Like most Christians, my family and I can truly say that we're excited about the soon return of Jesus," said Robertson, according to the Hollywood Reporter, "And I'm sure if you've been watching the news lately, you know that that return could be any day now."

According to the Bible, the Rapture is an once-in-a-lifetime event when Jesus Christ resurrects His departed followers and saves living Christians from a forthcoming disaster in the Tribulation period.

'Left Behind' stars Nicolas Cage, Chad Michael Murray, Nicky Whelan Cassi Thomson, Jordin Sparks and Lea Thompson, it will arrive in theaters on October 3rd, 2014.
