Nyle DiMarco and pro Peta Murgatroyd rose as winners in "Dancing With The Stars" season 22 finale.

DiMarco and Murgatroyd, who performed tango and cha-cha, got the Mirrorball trophy in the season finale of "Dancing With The Stars," TV Line reported. Paige VanZant and pro Mark Ballas, who executed their iteration of jive and salsa, landed on the second spot, while Ginger Zee and pro Val Chmerkovskiy grabbed the third spot with their foxtrot and Argentine tango.

According to ABC, DiMarco and Murgatroyd executed the tango and cha cha to Calvin Harris' "Summer" for the fusion dance performance. As per the publication, the routine was followed by flowing tears and growing cheers.

VanZant and Ballas fused jive and salsa to Thurston Harris' "Little Bitty Pretty One" for the 24-hout fusion dance. According to Carrie Anne, it was a terrific way to end season 22. Then, Zee and Chmerkovskiy had a foxtrot and Argentine tango to Pink's "Just Like Fire." As per the publication, the duo ignited the crowd with their satisfying performance.

As per Hollywood Life, "Dancing With The Stars" season 2 finale opened with a number that featured Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold, Marla Maples and Tony Dovolani, Geraldo Rivera and Edyta Sliwinska, Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe, Doug Flutie and Karina Smirnoff, and Kim Fields and Sasha Farber.

Also present were Von Miller and Witney Carson, Antonio Brown and Sharna Burgess, Mischa Barton and Artem Chigvintsev. Judges Bruno Tonioli, Carri Anna Inaba, and Len Goodman also looked stunning in the event, as per the publication.

For the overall scores, Zee and Chmerkovskiy got 27, VanZant and Ballas got 30, and DiMarco and Murgatroyd got 30.
