"You Are" is Dixon's second single released on Sparrow Records. The first Dixon's single "Never Gone" came out in September.

Dixon's full length record is planned to release early next year 2013. Spring 2013 will be very exciting for Colton Dixon as he will hit the road with Third Day and Josh Wilson on 'The Miracle Tour.'
