Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still recently posted an inspirational prayer message on his Instagram account, while he continues to focus on the health of his four-year-old daughter Leah, who is currently battling stage 4 cancer (neuroblastoma).

"Heavenly Father, I may not know how everything will work out, but I trust you. I don't see a way, but I know you will make a way. I have faith at this very moment that you are touching hearts, opening doors and lining up breaks and right opportunities," posted Still via Instagram today.

"This may look dark and bleak today, but I have faith my dawn is coming," he added.

Previously, Still revealed the shocking news regarding the health of his young daughter Leah on June 2.

"Last night I found out my daughter has cancer," wrote Still on Instagram three months ago, "I decided to let (people) know not for sympathy, because I've come to the point where (I'm) no longer feeling sorrow, but to ask that y'all keep my daughter in your prayers. The more prayers that go up, the more faith we (have) that she will overcome this obstacle."

The Bengals recently released the 25-year-old Camden, New Jersey native from the team, but now the NFL team has re-signed Still to the practice squad with the hope he can rejoin the team in the future.

"I took a lot into account with Devon," said Bengals Head Coach Marvin Lewis, according to a Delaware Online report, "And it was very difficult with Devon. But we have to - this is where we are today and we'll see what happens with Devon down the line, whether he is back here on the practice squad or whatever happens with him. He's going through a lot. He's had some injuries and other things. He has a lot to overcome."

Still revealed how happy he is to remain with the Bengals organization, as he currently deals with Leah's courageous battle with cancer.

"I completely understand where they were coming from. I can't give football 100 percent right now. In the business aspect they want guys to solely focus on football, which is understandable. We are here to win this city a Super Bowl and right now I am not in a position where I can give football 100 percent of everything I have." said Still to the Cincinnati Enquirer after the NFL franchise released him from the team's official roster.

"The Bengals were loyal to me. I'm not about to up and leave them. Loyalty is something I really need right now because I never know what direction this is going to go with my daughter."
