Acclaimed Jesus Culture artist and singer-songwriter Chris McClarney on Friday released his new live album, Breakthrough. The new 10-song project is McClarney's second live album and was recorded during a concert in Sacramento, Calif., at Jesus Culture Church, and is the follow-up to his 2015 debut on Capitol CMG/Jesus Culture, Everything And Nothing Less.

"Breakthrough is a collection of songs I hope people hear to help them overcome obstacles," McClarney shares. "Whatever is keeping them from finding joy and peace, I hope this album helps guide listeners to put their trust in God alone, that hope is in Him no matter the circumstance. I wanted to write songs that people can sing if they are going through a loss, divorce, a cancer diagnosis. And I also wanted songs that celebrate how good God is."

Aside from his critically-acclaimed work as a solo artist, McClarney is also an avid songwriter, having penned songs such as "My One My All," "Yes And Amen," as well as "Your Love Never Fails," made famous by Jesus Culture, and which has become one of the most popular songs sung in American churches, according to Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI).

McClarney frequently appears at conferences and youth camps around the country, and recently returned from a trip to South Africa with Jesus Culture. He is continuing to tour around the U.S. with dates currently scheduled for "A Night With Lauren Daigle" in Peroria, Ill., and Toledo, Ohio.
