It's going to be a tough year for Emily Deschanel in 'Bones' Season 10 as her character struggles to prove Agent Booth's innocence to the FBI. With a baby on the way, Dr. Temperance Brennan bears the agony of an imprisoned loved one and a quest to unravel conspiracies at The Jeffersonian; this is just part of the reason why the upcoming season is a must watch.

During the panel discussion at Comic-Con 2014 in San Diego on July 25, Deschanel spoke about what can be expected with Brennan on the show, "She's with her child, alone. It's very worrisome for her, because Booth is not safe in prison. He's a federal agent. He's put a lot of people in prison who don't like him. Even the guards don't like him," she said.

Recent spoilers posted by TVLine revealed that a new character, named James Aubrey, is set ti join FOX's crime drama series.
