Boardwalk Empire Season 4 Episode 8 "The Old Ship of Zion" [WATCH NOW] [FULL RECAP] Boardwalk Empire Season 4 Spoilers 

Boardwalk Empire aired its newest episode, "The Old Ship of Zion" last night and if you haven't watched it, you can check it out down below before I start my full recap.

In last night's episode Agent Warren Knox heard about the murder at Temple University and how Willie Thompson dodged jail time after the student's murder with the help of his uncle Nucky. Knox meets up with Willie's roommate, Clayton, who took the fall for Willie and tells Knox the whole story.

In Atlantic City Nucky gets a visit from Sally Wheet, who helps supervise the first shipment of alcohol from Florida. Nucky had no reaction to Sally's surprise visit, which rubs Sally the wrong way. Sally ups the ante by getting drinks with Mickey Doyle at the Onyx Club making Nucky jealous. Nucky intervenes and Sally ends up in his bed at the end of the night.

Chalky White is still on the hunt for who is pushing heroin on his side of town. He and Dunn Purnsley bust up the home that's become a center of the drug trade. Before Chalky can even speak to the man in charge Dunn shoots him in order to cover his own ass, after all Dunn has been dropping off heroin and making pick-ups to the house for Dr. Valentin Narcisse.

Chalky shows up at Valentin's play and pretty much crashes it after burning bags of heroin in front of the crowd, dropping hints that Valentin is the one to thank for the recent spikes of heroin use in the community. Chalky tells the audience to as the doctor what's being burned.

Chalky may have messed up big time because Valentin is now plotting on having him killed.  Valentin tells his daughter Maitland to keep Chalky in her room until another visitor shows up. Dunn eventually shows up that night, but things don't go as planned. Chalky confronts him about his betrayal and asks how much Valentin is paying. Things quickly escalate and the two end up brawling. During the fight Dunn is choking Chalky out, but Maitland intervenes and stabs Dunn in the back with a kitchen knife.

Agent Knox pops up towards the end of the episode and he talks Eli Thompson into bringing him Nucky and the men he works with in order for his son to be a free man. When Eli shows up at home both Willie and Nucky are there. Eli thanks Nucky for bringing Willie back home, but he may turn on Nucky once again in order to keep his son home for good this time.
