Ariana Grande, Nathan Sykes Dating Rumors / "Yours Truly" Singer's Father Threatens "The Wanted" Singer Via Twitter: "Break Her Heart, I Break Your A##"

Though at first he denied rumors of his daughter dating The Wanted singer Nathan Sykes, Ariana Grande's father Edward Butera has made it loud and clear the two are dating via Twitter threats directed at the boy band front man.

On September 14, Butera took to his Twitter account [how many times do I say that in a day?] to remind Sykes that as long as he treats Ariana with the respect she deserves he gives the couple his blessing.

Butera tweeted: "Nathan, thanks for making my baby the happiest I've ever heard her be!!! Her Father,"

Happy for his daughter's relationship hasn't distracted Butera from being a protective father. Butera's backhanded Twitter praise was followed by a pretty direct threat:

"Nat ...break her heart I break your [expletive]."

I think you can fill in the blank.

Ariana Grande's dad may have jumped the gun a bit with the tweet. Neither her nor her alleged boyfriend have publicly commented on their relationship. At first Grande's father shrugged off rumors the two were dating, claiming Grande was just good friends with The Wanted singer.

Yet, on Monday Sykes tweeted the Yours Truly singer's father expressing how excited he was to finally meet Butera.

Grande's father tweeted back:

"likewise- do you know how to fish?"

Fishing trips? Overprotective father threats? Ariana Grande and Nathan Sykes are dating. There  said it. Sorry Jai Brooks, snooze you lose.
