Apple iPhone 5se Release Date: Coming Out On March 15, Price, Specs Details Unveiled

Apple is known for high-end phones that come costly for some until they release quality mid-range handsets that broaden their opportunity to reach out to the middle class. And now, the giant tech company continues to promote high quality but affordable devices by introducing iPhone 5se.

Previously named as 6c/7c, the iPhone 5se is said to be released on March 15, alongside the iPad Air 3 and Apple Wallet, as per 9to5Mac report. More than that, the tech site also revealed that Apple has been working on the 4-inch mobile device to put an A9 chip.

Furthermore, the company is also said to focus on improving its camera, the support for taking Live Photos and planning to include Apple Pay. As for the price, the 5se will cost the same as the 5s, which will allegedly start at $450 for 16GB (which can be upgraded to 64GB for additional price.)

For additional input, Expert Reviews speculated that iPhone 5se will have a a resolution of 1,136x640 with a pixel density of 326ppi, which the iPhone 6s carries as well. For the camera, it might sport a 12-megapixel sensor or an 8-megapixel sensor. The new device might also have a Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and NFC chips derived from iPhone 6s. 

On the other hand, iPhone 5se design is rumored to sport a plastic rather than a metal case, which will come in different, colorful cases. GSM Arena added that it will come in Pink, apart from its usual Silver and Space Gray color.
