Apple iPad Mini 4 Release Date, Specs Rumors: New Tablet Features A8 Processor & 2GB RAM?

Rumors have surfaced on the Internet that Apple may be up for an early release of the iPad Mini 4 with an A8 processor and 2GB worth of RAM just weeks after the big reveal of the Apple Watch on March, 9, 2015.

The speculations rose steadily as it is envisioned to be a better and faster device than the Mini 3, which was an unprecedented frustration from many consumers. Now, the allegedly upcoming iPad Mini 4 would take the speedy A8 processor used by many of Apple's recently released gadgets, 2 GB RAM and speedy 802.11 Wi-Fi that can hold heavy video streaming and multi-tasking activities.

Apple enthusiast and blogger, Macotakara, has hinted this information of the iPad Mini 4 but the tech giant has not given any confirmation. Furthermore, an analysis by Macworld UK opposes the release date rumor by analyzing the pattern of how the iPad Minis were unveiled and released in October and November, respectively, since 2012.

There is no apparent information on design changes nor are there any leaked images in cyberspace media to support the rumors. Nonetheless, Apple may not make a special release on the device but on another speculated item which is the iPad Pro or they might release both devices together in June for the Worldwide Developer's Conference 2015.

The release of the new iPad Mini 4 might also signify the end of Apple's Mini tablet series after the release of the iPhone 6, which is, as a matter of fact, Apple's version of a phablet.

On similar note, the "Spring Forward" event that happened on March 9 has attracted positive reviews for the latest addition to Apple gadgetry most especially with the Apple Watch and the new Macbook Air with Retina display. Both considered as A-class convenient, stylish and futuristic. The devices will be available to consumers in April 2015.
