American Horror Story Season 3 Spoilers!

Filming for Season 3 of FX's hit horror show will begin in the summer, just in time for its October premiere. Amercan Horror Story "Coven" will take place in one of America's most historically scary cities, New Orleans. Show creator Ryan Murphy hasn't been too tight-lipped about some of the Season 3 storylines.

Violet and Tate were two of my favorite characters from Season 1. Murphy confirmed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly Season 3 will have something like that again. Yay, "evil glamour!"

Returning to the American Horror Story Season 3 cast is Evan Peters, Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe and Frances Conroy. New to the "Coven" cast this season is Evan Peters' real-life girlfriend Emma Roberts, Kathy Bates, Angela Basset, Patti LuPone and Gabourey Sidibe.

Murphy confessed they're still looking for a few principal characters.

Though Murphy is probably not in the mood for celebration [planning Glee after recent passing of Cory Monteith] American Horror Story racked up a whopping 17 Emmy nominations. That's even more than Saturday Night Live and Netflix's breakout political drama House of Cards.

Season stars such as James Cromwell and Zachary Quinto received acting nominations. Returning to Season 3 "Coven", Jessica Lange, and Sarah Paulson were recognized for their performances as well.  

As long as Emma Roberts can keep her punches away from Evan Peters' nose we should have a pretty great season to look forward to.
