'American Horror Story' Cast News: Actor Dalton Gray Injured in Car Crash, Tweets Love and Thanks to Fans

After a car crash involving 'American Horror Story: Freak Show' star Dalton Gray, several fans were left worried. But now, the actor himself updated his followers on his social media accounts saying that he's finally at home resting and trying to recover.

The incident happened last Saturday which lead Gray's fans to worry about him as he was injured after an alleged drunk driver hit his friend's car while he sat in the passenger seat. "Dalton was hit by a drunk driver Saturday night. We are so grateful for everyone's love, support and prayers," the post on his Facebook page read. "He was pretty banged up and has some physical therapy ahead but Dalton will come back stronger. Much love to everyone!"

It was a whirlwind of information but the actor was rushed instantly to a hospital as he nearly became blind and his pelvis and femur were shattered from the car crash. Although his eyes are reportedly expected to get better, he did have some eye-trauma. Gray is also going to be going through some physical therapy soon.

But right now, the famous series actor is resting and updating his social media sites of his current condition. "All I can say is.. Thank you all so much for the support. Yall are helping me get threw this. Words can not express the love I'm feeling," he wrote on Twitter, later adding, "Thank you God bless."

The star also posted several hilarious photos on Twitter showing off his scar on his face from the accident. In one post, he wrote, "SexC selfie," capturing a snapshot of his profile that shows off the very visible scar near his right eye.

In another post on Instagram, the actor was seen in a wheel chair in his red longsleeves polo and a pair of white shorts writing, "Heading home! Thank you for all the love and prayers! #blessed," Gray wrote as caption.
