Amber Holcomb "My Funny Valentine" on American Idol 2013: Top 3 Revealed / Talent Sent Home [VIDEO]

American Idol 2013 revealed its Top 3 on tonight's live results episode. It's no surprise Amber Holcomb was eliminated. Holcomb was an incredible performer with pipes to match, but couldn't secure enough votes from the American public [aka the Midwest}. I suppose I'd be saying the same thing if anyone else had been voted off. This year's Top 4: Angie Miller, Kree Harrison, Candice Glover, along with Amber Holcomb are some of the best in Idol history.

American Idol 2013 marked the first season where the Top 5 was all girls. A girl hasn't won Idol since 2007 when Jordin Sparks won during American Idol season 6.

Tonight's Amber Holcomb elimination episode was tense. Host Ryan Seacrest announced the first name safe...Angie Miller! Well, duh. Nobody thought Miller had a chance of being eliminated after her powerhouse performances Wednesday night. In fact many believe Angie Miller to be a frontrunner to win the whole thing.

The second singer to make it through to the Top 3 is...Candice Glover.

That left Kree Harrison and Amber Holcomb in the Bottom 2. Many believe Kree Harrison should have been voted off tonight after a cruise-lounge caliber performance Wednesday night. But apparently more of the 81 million people who voted in felt Amber Holcomb should be sent packing.

What do you think of Amber Holcomb being eliminated from American Idol 2013? If you disagree with America's decision, who do you think should have been voted off? Candice Glover? Kree Harrison?
