'Agents of SHIELD' Season 3 Episode 11 Entitled 'Bouncing Back;' Connection Between Series, 'Captain America: Civil War?'

Avid Marvel fans and viewers could be jumping out their seats due to excitement after the news about the next "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." revealed that it has a connection to the highly-anticipated Avengers film "Captain America: Civil War."

According to Screen Rant, fans almost lost their hopes after waiting for a connection between the TV series and the "Captain America" movie franchise ever since Season 1 Episode 17 which was titled as "Turn, Turn, Turn" tied some events to "Captain America: The Winter Soldier."

Apart from that, subtler connections were unveiled as claimed by the site, matching the storyline from some MCU films like "Thor: The Dark World," and James Gunn's "Guardians of The Galaxy." Now Marvel Cinematic Universe has been making headlines now that the much-awaited movie is near, hence, "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." is about to reveal its upcoming story.

During an interview with TV Line, one of the showrunners Clark Gregg revealed that they have been building up a story that might get along with the MCU motion picture. "But with the Inhuman outbreak, you have people with powers suddenly all over the place. And there are those who feel that people who evolve differently need to be eradicated," he explained.

"And there are those who remember that those people are also humans. And there are divisions among those people." All of which kinda sounds like the seeds of a 'civil war' to me," Gregg added.
