ABC "General Hospital" Spoilers and Sneak Peek Trailer, Patrick Learns Robin is Really Alive 

As General Hospital fans prepare for Sabrina's and Patrick's wedding a new sneak peek trailer suggests that one person may not make it to the ceremony.

Patrick may or may not be in attendance to his own wedding because he is on a search to find out whether the wife he thought was dead may in fact still be alive.

In the sneak peek trailer Emma says to Sabrina, "I don't think there's going to be a wedding." Emma is unaware that her mom, Robin has resurfaced and that Patrick is on a manhunt to find her. Patrick will go through hell and back to find answers from anyone who knows the truth and will link up with Brad, Port Charles' most trusted source for revealing information.

Patrick walks in on Brad as he reveals, "Patrick's wife is still alive," to someone in the room. Robin is seen frustrated that Patrick is expected to get married today and she can't go to him and tell him she's here crying to her mother, "Patrick is getting married today."

Silas and Sam were already bracing themselves for what could wrong. "Our first date was a disaster. What's going to go wrong this time?" He playfully said to Sam as they headed to the wedding ceremony.
