Aaron Hernandez Trial Update, Latest News: Did He Murder Odin Lloyd and Two Other Victims? New Reports Allege Killings

Aaron Hernandez remains in custody as he faces charges of murder for the killing of Odin Lloyd. Also, it has just been announced that he will be put on trial in January of next year.

Hernandez' plea of dismissal for first degree murder, as motioned by his lawyers, has been rejected. This decision by the judge supposedly came about because of the probable and circumstantial evidence for murder that's involved in the case.

Interested parties can recall that Lloyd's body was found not far from Hernandez' home. While nothing has been ruled out as of yet, some believe that the NFL star murdered Lloyd because of a previous altercation. Again, nothing is set in stone, but a motive of revenge will surely be considered when the case goes on trial in January.

Recent reports state that the defense has claimed illegal seizure of evidence from Hernandez' home on June 18. Apparently, cellphones, computers, and tablets, have been collected from his home, but are being suppressed by Judge Susan Garsh's motion to do so.

Beyond that, other reports have alleged that Hernandez has killed two others, before the murder of Lloyd.

Aaron Hernandez' murder trial is scheduled for January 9, and at the moment he remains in police custody without bail. His fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins, is also set to appear in court after being charged with perjury after allegedly lying to the grand jury.
