The A's battle their AL West rival Los Angeles Angels on the road again tonight. The A's defeated the Angels last night by the final score of 10-9 in 11th inning. Jim Johnson got the win in relief for Oakland yesterday. A's starter Tommy Milone (0-1) looks to get the win tonight when he pitches for the Dodgers later tonight against Angels starter Tyler Skaggs.

"His average isn't where he'd want it to be, but I look at the stats, and he's up there among the leaders in total bases and he's getting key RBIs for us," said A's skipper Bob Melvin to reporters referring to his star player Yoenis Cespedes. "Whenever you see him do something to the (opposite) field, it's a byproduct of what he worked on in the spring."

The Angels are looking to end their two game losing streak at home against the A's tonight. The Angels lost to the Angels by the final score of 10-9 on last night in the extra innings. Angels' pitcher Yoslan Herrera suffered the loss in relief last night. Angels' starter Tyler Skaggs looks to get the victory against the A's starter Tommy Milone tonight.

"We're at a point in the season where you're just under .500, but it could be worse," said Angels skipper Mike Scioscia to reporters. "I think if you look at all the things that haven't clicked, we're going to be excited when this team starts to fire on more cylinders than it is right now."
