Author and singer Tammy Trent recently released to bookstores nationwide her second book, Beyond the Sorrow.

"There IS hope in the promises of God, no matter what our circumstances," says Trent. "I try to remind myself of that every day. So I wrote it down and put it on these pages so I could now share it with the world."

Published by J Countryman, Beyond the Sorrow is the follow up to Trent's best-selling book "Learning to Breathe Again," in which the artist recounts her experiences with her husband, who was killed in a freak diving accident while the couple was on vacation in Jamaica.

Currently in the studio recording her first project in over 5 years (due out Winter 2005), Trent can be seen speaking and performing on the Women of Faith Tour and the Revolve Tour throughout the year.
