Earlier that morning, Slaughter will be performing in front of the Lincoln Center Holiday Tree on Good Morning America during the live taping from 7:00 – 9:00AM. The community event will be broadcast live on WABC-TV, Channel 7.
Alvin Slaughter is revered as one of gospel music’s most dynamic worship leaders. Getting his start as a featured vocalist for the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, he’s gained notoriety as a solo artist with hits like “Shout”, “Rain Down” and “My Joy”. In addition to his latest project, The Faith Life, he’s dropped a brand new book, I Got It Back!, a powerful motivational tool for the “stuck” Christian. The Integrity Gospel recording artist is currently on a whirlwind national singing/speaking tour, An Evening With Alvin.
