Nichole Nordeman recently wrapped up the BRAVE Tour with special guest Aaron Shust.
The feeling was mutual, according to Nordeman. "Hitting the road after a couple years off, was a real joy. I'm not sure I've ever enjoyed performing live as much as I did over the last couple months,” says Nichole. “It felt as though God had breathed some new life into my music. The lessons I'm learning right now are so new and fresh, and I very much enjoyed getting to share them in story and song. I already miss our road "family" very much...what a unique gathering," she adds.
”My introductory experience to road-life with Nichole was more that I could have hoped for. It was flattering and humbling at the same time. Getting to meet so many new people and share our songs with the hope to impact them in some small way is a privilege that's hard to match,“ says featured guest Aaron Shust.
In other news, Shust’s single, “Matchless”, is currently charting at #6 AC, while Nichole’s stellar writing and vocal work is currently cropping up everywhere.
“What If”, the second single from BRAVE, is climbing radio charts and in the top 15 on both R&R and CRW, following “Brave” which soared quickly to #1 on R&R. Her personal rendition of Christmas classic, “Do You Hear What I Hear” is featured on Capitol Nashville’s November release, Christmas Angels, alongside some of country and Christian’s top female vocalists including Alison Krauss, Suzy Bogguss, and Bethany Dillon. Nordeman’s song “I Will Believe” can be found on Music Inspired By The Chronicles Of Narnia; The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, proudly heralding the movie release on December 9.
Nordeman will join Casting Crowns in more than 40 markets this spring on The Lifesong Tour, scheduled to begin in early February. Visit www.nicholenordeman.com for concert dates and more information on Nichole Nordeman.
